Welcome to Reverence for Refuge

Reverence by its definition, is to regard or treat with deep respect. In its English format the word is traced back to Latin “revereri“ Meaning, standing in awe of. In the journey of life many people will find themselves in a state of reverence for substances, people, situations and possessions. Reverence to such things may which allow a person the feeling great peace, but only for a measure of time. It is when this peace is met with unexpected  circumstances , change can then leave the same person in a place of trauma, grief, confusion, dismay or discontentment.

Refuge is a condition of being safe or sheltered from pursuit, danger, or trouble. Refuge can also be a state of safety and protection from harm, a space providing a haven where individuals can find solace, resilience, and release from the grip of anxiety, fear, and worry. It's a place of calm amidst the storm, a sanctuary for the soul and mind to heal and rejuvenate.
